Mail to Mr Martin Prime minister of Canada.
When I was about about 7 years old, my mother met Mr Lamoureux the Canadian ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg at that time. They married a few years later.
Since that day I have been in touch with Canada for the next 20 years through the one who became my step father. I could visit him at the embassy in Brussels and later in Lisbon. Many Canadians visited us at home and this went on even after my step father had retired. Mr Lamoureux told me about his life in Canadian politics and how he supervised the commission that was in charge of design of the new Canadian flag. I also had a chance to meet my new Canadian relatives in Quebec and Ontario.
Canada soon became like a second fatherland for me. I even received a Canadian diplomatic passport. I felt compelled to learn English so I would speak Canada’s two official languages. I’ve always admired Canada’s ability to cope with its ethnic diversity. In my eyes Canada was not only the worlds largest country but also the least corrupt and the greatest democracy on earth. I had always fostered the dream of moving to Quebec one day.
When I first read about the Zundel case I thought I misunderstood. How could some be threatened for his believes in Canada? In the end, the judge ruled the law, which had been invoked to sue Mr Zundel, as anti constitutional. This was a victory on behalf democracy and human rights.
A while later I heard that he was kidnapped in the US, the country of the first amendment, and then jailed for immigration reasons in the country where he had spent more than 40 years of his life as a legal resident. I just couldn’t believe this was Canada.
In all wars, belligerents try to make the enemy look worse than he is in order to justify the war. This just happened last year with the alleged weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Now most people believe that the US propaganda machine lied and yet nobody has, at least officially, been jailed to questioning US allegations concerning Iraq.
Millions of innocent Germans were killed by the allies after the war and yet we only hear about German war crimes. Mr Zundel has been trying to set records strait, to show the world that German people were not as bad as portrayed by US propaganda and they they too had suffered. That make him a threat to Canadian national security? Even if it did, even if he were totally wrong and that what he said were absurd and that it hurts our feelings, it is the duty of every concerned citizen who believes in free speech, the founding stone of democracy, to make sure that Mr Zundel’s constitutional rights to say it are preserved. By not doing so, we put our own freedom in jeopardy.
By denying this man’s basic civil rights on behalf of Zionist organizations, the Canadian government will cause people to resent Jewish people as a whole, including the majority of Jews who have no sympathy at all for the Zionist mafia. Keeping a none violent peace activist in jail for being a threat for national security just because of his quest for what he believes his the truth, displeases the certain lobbies; is a travesty of justice in most peoples’ eyes. The media bashing against Mr Zundel works, but it wont work for ever and thanks to the Internet, Canadians, Americans and Europeans will become ware that they have been lied to.
Sixty years ago Germany lost the war and was invaded by the allies. In all European countries the Germans are now considered as friends. For that reason the French, the Russians, the Belgians and many other Allied countries left Germany. As a result Germany is now under sole US-Zionist occupation. Germans who question US post world war two propaganda, or who say anything that displease the all mighty US backed Zionist lobby, are, if they lucky, jailed for up to five years. If they are unlucky, they are “suicided” by German secret services just like it happened to the vice chairman of the German liberal party Mr Moelleman last year, who allegedly tampered his own parachute because he was tired of life.
By sending Mr Zundel back to Germany after more than forty years of exile, the Canadian government will sentence and innocent man to many years in jail and maybe even to an unofficial death sentence. This would set a terrible precedent. I beg you in the name of justice, democracy, tolerance and descency, all those values for which Canada stands in so many peoples eyes; to let Mr Zundel have free and happy life with his wife.
Thank you for reading me.
