An Iranian native convicted of viciously beating a woman in Saint John nine years ago has been deported despite claims he would be tortured or killed in his home country.
Mostafa Dadar was deported Sunday, two days after a Federal Court judge refused to stop his removal.
Dadar, who came to Canada as a refugee in 1988 and was granted permanent residence, was convicted of aggravated assault in the beating of Lynn Landry in 1997.
She was found naked and unconscious and spent several weeks in hospital.

He is deported, not because he is a danger. no because he comes from a nation who “want to suppress Israel on the map”.
It’s a clear message from our government (zionist occupied) to the muslim to take care….
same thing in Quebec, a lot of deportation of muslim but NO DEPORTATION of Afro-Carabeans (black american).
Why ? they aren’t muslim. Ok but they are more criminalized ? so, but not dangerous either for israel interests or jewish diaspora.
